Under the leadership of the Teklab Quality Team, our quality control program is continuously refined to enhance the client experience. We recognize the critical importance of delivering trustworthy, accurate and legally defensible results. To that end, we meticulously maintain our documentation and interpretation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) data. We welcome both current and prospective clients to visit our facility and review our robust QA/QC program.
Teklab Quality Levels
Level 1
Provides an analytical report detailing the results of the analysis.
Level 2
Includes the analytical report of analysis results along with a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) report, which encompasses client samples, among other data. An Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) is available upon request.
Level 3
Offers the analytical report of analysis results, a QC report, a Dates report, and a Sample Summary report. EDD is available upon request.
Level 4
Includes all components from Level 3, along with a raw data package that features preparation runs, internal standard summaries, initial calibration data, and injection logs. EDD is available upon request.
